Biography

Kate Marston is an ESRC funded PhD candidate in the School of Social Sciences at Cardiff University. Her doctoral research explores the digitally-mediated relationship cultures of young people in England and Wales. Kate is a member of the AGENDA Wales outreach team, which promotes whole school approaches to addressing gender-based and sexual violence through the interactive tool-kit: Agenda: A Young People’s Guide to Making Positive Relationships Matter (www.agenda.wales). Kate also contributes to the Learn Equality, Live Equal project led by the National Children’s Bureau to address homophobia, biphobia and transphobia in schools.
